Unite my Heart to Fear Thy Name. Scripture Meditation.

Unite my Heart to Fear Thy Name. Scripture Meditation.

It’s easy to become complacent. At least, I know it is for me. After more than 10 years of walking with Yah, I sometimes find myself getting a little too comfortable. Whenever I think I have it all together, Yah sends me a reminder that I don’t. And I’m grateful for that cause it prompts me to reach out and rely on Him. I need Him to unite my heart to fear His name.

Scripture says in Psalm 53 that there is none who does good.

“Elohim looked down from the heavens on the children of men, to see if there is a wise one, seeking Elohim. They have all turned aside; They have together become filthy; No one is doing good, not even one.’

Tehillim (Psalms) 53:2-3

Even Yahusha himself said, in Mark 10:18,

“Why do you call Me good? No one is good except One – Elohim.”

So how can we ourselves ever come to the point where we feel we have arrived? Yes, Scripture calls us to be perfect, (Genesis 17:1; Matt 5:48), and I don’t believe Yah would ever instruct us to do something that couldn’t be done – by His strength. I do believe we can become perfect, or complete in Yahusha (Colosians 2:9,10), but we have to be careful not to ever think that we already know it all. It’s in those moments where we can sometimes become prideful, rely on our own strength, and fall. If our actions, our words, or our thoughts show that we are becoming puffed up, or even just double minded, then we have to examine ourselves.

Jeremiah 17:9 reminds us about the true state of our hearts. It says,

“The heart is deceitful above all things , and desperately wicked: who can know it? ”

This is why I believe meditating on Yah’s Word is so important. We need His word to overwrite the sin that is naturally in our hearts.

Psalm 86:11 was the focus of my scripture meditation this week. It’s a prayer to Yah to unite our hearts to fear His name. In this day and age, it seems most have lost the fear of Yahuah, especially His name. So I put Psalm 86:11 together with excerpts from various scriptures in a meditative form for you below. The video footage is all from clips that I filmed on my nature walks this week. You’ll hear sounds of nature, and also me playing the soft acoustic guitar. I pray the message of this scripture meditation calls you higher. It certainly did for me. Let’s continue to seek His face, and worship Him!

‘Teach me thy way, O יהוה ; I will walk in thy truth: Unite my heart to fear thy name. ‘

Psalm 86:11

Leave a comment below if Yah has been calling you higher. We can only reach those heights if our heart is united, not double minded, but singly focused on this walk of truth. Thank Yah for His mercy and forgiveness. Where would we be without Him?

Let us learn to fear the name, the character, and the reputation of Yahuah, so we can reflect the same to all those who have eyes and ears to see and hear it. May Yah bless you as you continue to meditate on His Word.

Your Mindset. 7Day Scripture Challenge. Philippians 2:5

hadarah-let-this-mindHi there. It’s Hadarah. Welcome to the next 7-day Scripture Challenge.

This month’s 7-day scripture challenge is to focus on how important it is to let the mind of Yahusha live in us. We learn in Philippians chapter 2 how he took on the form of humanity and physically changed his state to make a spiritual impact on all our lives and save the human race.  If we follow His example, there is so much we can learn.

Watch the video below for inspiration. Let’s focus on our mindset for the next 7 days, for we know the example our Messiah set for us, is one that will lead us back to the Father, so we can enter into the Kingdom to live with Him.

Let this mind be in you which was also in Messiah Yahusha. Philippians 2:5

“Let This Mind Be in You.” Hebrew Roots Music. New Original Song.

“Let This Mind Be in You.” Hebrew Roots Music. New Original Song.

Yahuah Acoustics Vol2 no textI was watching one of Lamadyahu Yashra’al’s teachings on The Original Covenant last week from thepathtoyahuah.com, and he quoted a verse that was so familiar to me, but for some reason, and it must have been The Ruach, the verse hit me hard like it never had before, and a song came over me all at once.

I had to pause his video teaching and record the song in my phone before I could pay attention to Lamadyahu’s lesson. The Verse is Philippians 2:5, and the song that hit me seemingly out of the blue goes like this…

Let this mind be in you which was also in Yahusha Ha Mashiach. Phillipians 2:5

I would love for us to focus on this verse for the next 7-day scripture challenge. Let’s start tomorrow. You with me? With the world in the state that it’s in, we know that no one will save us but Him. So let’s keep our minds STAYED on Him. It’s that mind – or mindset, that pulls me through every day. And I’ll share more with you in another video for the scripture challenge itself. But for now, let’s all praise Yahuah and let this song ring out in our hearts… “Let this mind be in you which was also in Yahusha.”

Leave a comment on the blog if you enjoyed the song, and I’ll see you back here at Set Apart Heart tomorrow for the next 7-day scripture challenge. Also keep the next recording in your prayers. The date is booked and i’ll be headed to the studio on October 28th. Thank you sooo much to everyone who has given love gifts from their heart to support this work. All praise to Yahuah Most High.

*BIG HUGS*

Words to Say. Hebrew Roots Music.

Words to Say. Hebrew Roots Music.

words to say hadarah batyahWhen you’re in the presence of Yahuah… do you ever run out of words to say?

That’s what I’ve been experiencing lately… I just haven’t had many words to say… I used to feel like maybe that was a bad thing… that I couldn’t find words to say when in prayer… after all, prayer is communication, kind of like a conversation right? But then I remembered the scripture that says…

“Do not be hasty with your mouth, and let not your heart hurry to bring forth a word before Alahiym (Elohim) … For Alahiym is in the heavens, and you are on earth, therefore let your words be few.” Ecclesiastes 5:2

I have SO much to be grateful for… and sometimes my heart wells up with tears of joy before Him… It is SO humbling to be walking in truth and living in His presence… If you’re struggling right now, please know that Yahuah really does hear your prayers. He understands exactly the feelings that are on your heart. Even if you don’t have the words to say… all you have to do is just find yourself in His presence… that special place where it’s just you and Him… just being there even if you just remain silent before Him… still, it’s beautiful…just being in that place… so beautiful…

The song in the video below is called “Words to Say” I wrote it many years ago when I was a Christian Recording Artist. The song came back to me in my worship time this morning… so I changed some of the lyrics to make Yahuah’s name shine through. I pray this song will meet you where you are and lift you up….

Enjoy the video below.

Keep pressing through and stay encouraged my friend! Yahuah has you on His mind. Though this blog post was short, I pray that it was sweet enough to guide you to the place you and I both need to be… in the beautiful presence of Yahuah. If this blog post was meaningful for you, please share your thoughts in the comments below.

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing before You, O Yahuah, my rock and my redeemer.”  (Psalms 19:14) Halaluyah.

So Happy. The Joy of Yahuah. Hebrew Roots Music.

So Happy. The Joy of Yahuah. Hebrew Roots Music.

So Happy by Hadarah BatyahToo many of us come into the Hebrew Roots Movement with a chip on our shoulders. A lot of people come into this walk feeling angry with the Christian church. I understand what it feels like to be hurt by the lies of others – trust me, I do. But carrying a chip on your shoulder for a long time is a very dangerous thing. Not only is it stressful on your body and your mind, but hurt and pain tends to get in the way of a lot of positive things: Love, joy, and peace for example – just to name a few.

If you feel upset about not knowing the truth – angry or hurt about growing up in the midst of lies, remember this: The joy of Yahuah is your strength.

“Do not be sad, for the joy of Yahuah is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:10b, The Scriptures

I wrote a song called “So Happy” which was released on my album called “Step Out” back when I was a Christian. I just redid the song in a video for you last night. Added a Hebrew Roots twist so that Yahuah’s name can shine through. I pray this song inspires you to let some things go if you need to. Yahuah wants to give you the fruit of His Spirit so that you can be a shining light to the nations.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” Galatians 5:22 KJV

I pray the video with music below will inspire you to let go of your cares and be happy, for the joy of Yahuah is your strength.

If you enjoyed the video above, feel free to share it with a friend who needs to be lifted up. Have a wonderful day in Yahuah and His Son Yahusha, Ha Maschiyach.
