I’ve been making some changes in my lifestyle recently. Namely with diet, exercise, and sleep. I always feel my best when I go to sleep early, wake up early, eat really clean, and get regular movement.
About 10 days ago, I decided to go back to a predominantly raw foods diet. Every time I go raw, or eat predominantly fresh, living plant foods, I feel more energy, become more productive, more creative, get more clarity, and have more peace of mind. Sounds incredible right?? So why don’t I stick with it for the long run??
Self sabotage is real. When you’re making a lot of changes at once, it can feel like you’re climbing a mountain. Especially if you try to do it on your own. So I’m just taking things one step at a time.
Meditating on the scriptures in this blog post has really been helping me with self-control. It’s only been 10 days but, Praise Yah, it’s going SO well. I’m not doing it on my own strength this time. Yah keeps bringing me back to this place for a reason. Eating this way makes me feel like the best version of myself. So I’ve decided to stop overcomplicating the matter, let go of my own ideas, and just trust in Him.
Whether you’re changing your diet, new to Torah, walking with Yah for the first time, or just trying to push yourself to get to that next level spiritually, whatever brought you here, I pray the scriptures shared will help you to gain more self-control. With Yahuah’s help, we can all stop sabotaging ourselves, be disciplined, and reach our goals.

Good morning Hadarah,
Life is one continuous journey and I praise Yah that in the last two weeks Yahuah has answered my prayers and has led me to your music and now your daily encouragement. 13 plus years ago I left my country of choice again and returned to my place of birth at Yahuahβs instruction. That led to an unexpected return to education and focus on the media, in particular, television and how the enemy has used it to control our lives. Then two years ago the Ruach again instructed me to leave my home in the city and move back to the countryside. 30 minutes away from my actual birthplace. I knew no one and all of my family lived in the city. I went anyway. This gave me the peace and quiet I needed to search the Scripture. I had bought a Halleluyah Scriptures bible because by now I had woken up to the reality that our heritage had been stolen from us and that Yahuahβs name had been expunged from the bible and it was time to find my way back to Yahuah. So I again left the church I had been attending and heard Ruach prompting me to find songs that use Yahuahβs name. You were the first person that came up and your voice is heavenly and the words so profound. I stopped listening to βChristian radio and started to seek out more of yours and others like you for my listening pleasure. I noticed that your work and others had been going on for years and I rejoiced that I had found you. I prayed about a devotion because I was using a devotional that conformed with the hellenisation of the scriptures and I was led to you again and the opportunity to sign up for a daily word. Today is the first day I am receiving it and the scriptures again came alive. At the end you say let us encourage one another in the community yet another answer to my prayer. Yahuah where can I find like minded people to share your Word with because I am I confess lonely because being set apart is just that you are away from others who do not share or want to understand the journey you are on because that are not at that stage yet. So I thank Yah for leading me to you. Have a barak day.

HalaluYah Hadarah for this encouraging message, it came at the right time when I recently got woken up by Yahuah to the truth. I’m from South Africa and I have been feeling a bit lonely that indeed it’s a hard pressed road and no one understands who Yahushua and Yahuah is. But I belief at the right time they will also wake up.
I have been trying to make changes, growing my own food a mini garden, as a means to trust in Yahuah for my provision.
I’ve make changes with employment and started my organic cosmetic business that empowers people to easily understand what they put on their skin, since I had a skin problem before and have been using it to success praise Yahuah for that.
There are so many changes that I believe I still have to strive to make and now it feels so much better to know that, I’m not alone and also Yahuah through His Ruach set-apart Spirit is with me.
Praise Yahuah! Afrika, I pray Yah continues to give you strength and hold you as you walk this path of life. I know sometimes it feels lonely, but truly, you’re never alone. Keep on looking up sis!! May Yah bless you in all your ways.

I am also eating healthier and drinking more then 2 liters water a day.
We started this on 1 July 2024, we did first a hole month without sugar. We succeeded this, with His help, he is so good! More drinking water we started 2 weeks later. Now I try to not eat every day sugar anymore. I feel much better.
I also had a problem to fast, I couldnβt do it. A year ago I started every 8 day from sunset till sunset. This went good. This summer I started to do 36 hours. This was always very difficult for me. He helped me trough it!
3 weeks ago I fasted for the first time 60 hours. I am so happy that I did this! Of course with His helping hand. β€οΈ
Now within two weeks Iβm gonna try for the 72 hours. I am blessed with my husband who supports me , I am so thankful!
