A deeper prayer life

“But without belief it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to Elohim has to believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him.”

Hebrews 11:6 TS2009

Do you want to have a deeper prayer life?

I know I do.

We’re all on a journey to grow spiritually here, and this path is full of ups and downs. Whether you are currently feeling high or low, close or far from Yahuah, we can be grateful because His Word is true. Meditating on His Word, or more literally, praying through the scriptures, can help you to have a deeper prayer life.

I’m still growing in this area, but if there’s one thing I know, I felt a huge release after meditating on the scriptures in today’s video. The Ruach really moved on my heart. I hope you’ll feel the same. Yahuah is real. Just allow the Ruach to speak to your heart and be your guide. Let’s put away the distractions, and meditate on The Word of Yahuah together. This will only take 10 mins.

You can watch the video, or follow along with the scriptures quoted below. This video format is a little more personal than the scripture meditations I’ve shared in the past. I pray these verses will help to build your faith, and allow you to have deeper, richer, more connected prayer times with Yahuah.

If this video is meaningful for you, let me know. I enjoy being able to share in this way. It helps me grow spiritually too 🙂

“Create in me a clean heart, O Elohim, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

Psalms 51:10 TS2009

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing before You, O יהוה, my rock and my redeemer.”

Psalms 19:14 TS2009

“O יהוה, You establish peace for us, for You have also done all our works in us. O יהוה our Elohim, other masters besides You have had rule over us; only in You do we make mention of Your Name.”

Isaiah 26:12-13 TS2009

“Our being has longed for יהוה; Our help and our shield is He.”

Psalms 33:20 TS2009

“Our help is in the Name of יהוה, Maker of the heavens and earth.”

Psalms 124:8 TS2009

“By the Word of יהוה the heavens were made, And all their host by the Spirit of His mouth, Gathering the waters of the sea together as a heap; Laying up the deep in storehouses. Let all the earth fear יהוה; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood fast.”

Psalms 33:6-9 TS2009

““Trust in יהוה forever, for in Yah, יהוה, is a rock of ages.”

Isaiah 26:4 TS2009

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

“Watch and pray, lest you enter into trial. The spirit indeed is eager, but the flesh is weak.”

Mark 14:38 TS2009

“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, so that you are healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous one accomplishes much.”

James 5:16 TS2009

““For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father shall also forgive you.”

Matthew 6:14 TS2009

“Do not worry at all, but in every matter, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to Elohim. And the peace of Elohim, which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your hearts and minds through Messiah יהושע.“

Philippians 4:6,7 TS2009

““Beware of doing your kind deeds before men, in order to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in the heavens.”

Matthew 6:1 TS2009

“And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the congregations and on the corners of the streets, to be seen by men. Truly, I say to you, they have their reward.

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place. And your Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly.

“And when praying, do not keep on babbling like the nations. For they think that they shall be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.

“This, then, is the way you should pray: ‘Our Father who is in the heavens, let Your Name be set-apart, let Your reign come, let Your desire be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

‘And do not lead us into trial, but deliver us from the wicked one – because Yours is the reign and the power and the esteem, forever. Amĕn.’

Matthew 6:5-13 TS2009

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in all circumstances give thanks, for this is the desire of Elohim in Messiah יהושע for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies, prove them all. Hold fast what is good. Keep back from every form of wickedness. And the Elohim of peace Himself set you completely apart, and your entire spirit, and being, and body – be preserved blameless at the coming of our Master יהושע Messiah!”

1 Thessalonians 5:16-23 TS2009

“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the matters of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the matters of the Spirit.

For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.”

Romans 8:5-6 TS2009

“And in the same way the Spirit does help in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray, but the Spirit Himself pleads our case for us with groanings unutterable.

And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the set-apart ones according to Elohim.

And we know that all matters work together for good to those who love Elohim, to those who are called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:26-28 TS2009

“And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.”

Matthew 21:22 TS2009

“And belief is the substance of what is expected, the proof of what is not seen.”

Hebrews 11:1 TS2009

“But without belief it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to Elohim has to believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him.”

“By belief, Noaḥ, having been warned of what was yet unseen, having feared, prepared an ark to save his house, through which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to belief.

By belief, Aḇraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he was about to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.

By belief, he sojourned in the land of promise as a stranger, dwelling in tents with Yitsḥaq and Ya‛aqoḇ, the heirs with him of the same promise, for he was looking for the city having foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim.

By belief also, Sarah herself was enabled to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the normal age, because she deemed Him trustworthy who had promised.

And so from one, and him as good as dead, were born as numerous as the stars of the heaven, as countless as the sand which is by the seashore.”

Hebrews 11:6-12 TS2009

“What if I had not believed To see the goodness of יהוה In the land of the living!”

“Wait on יהוה, be strong, And let Him strengthen your heart! Wait, I say, on יהוה!”

Psalms 27:13,14 TS2009

‘יהוה bless you and guard you;

” יהוה make His face shine upon you, and show favour to you; יהוה lift up His face upon you, and give you peace.”

’ Thus they shall put My Name on the children of Yisra’ĕl, and I Myself shall bless them.”

Numbers 6:24-27 TS2009

“Yahuah is my shepherd; I do not lack. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters. He turns back my being; He leads me in paths of righteousness For His Name’s sake.

When I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil. For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

You spread before me a table in the face of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup runs over.

Only goodness and loving-commitment follow me All the days of my life; And I shall dwell in the House of יהוה, To the length of days!”
