Healing. Hope. Restoration.
Shalom Mishpacha, It’s Hadarah. Revelation 22 is one of my favorite chapters in the Bible. I love meditating on it for encouragement. It’s perfect for healing, for hope and restoration.
Will you meditate on this passage of scripture with me? Let’s allow The Set Apart Spirit of Yahuah, The Ruach Ha Chodesh, to be our guide.
I’m reading from The Scriptures (TS2009) in the video below.
PLEASE NOTE: For the sake of easy reading today, I read from TS2009, but there are certain passages in Revelation 22 that I actually prefer to get from the KJV, as it leads to a different understanding.
Verse 2 in the KJV says,
“In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”
Revelation 22:2 KJV
TS2009 says something very different.
“In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”
Revelation 22:2 TS2009
Either way, one day, Yah willing, we will get to eat from those miraculous wonderful fruits from the Tree of Life!!! PRAISE YAHUAH MOST HIGH!!! Let The Ruach be your guide, but TS2009 actually gives a completely different picture. In the KJV it’s just one tree bearing multiple fruits every month, which is a beautiful miracle. TS2009 could be interpreted as multiple trees bearing different fruits every month. There’s one Tree of Life in Genesis. Regardless, I read what was there in TS2009 just to stay true to the translation.
Are you waiting to be renewed?
‘And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: and they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. ‘
Revelation 22:3-4 KJV
While we wait for the earth to be made new, let’s remember to keep Yah’s Word in our hearts. Messiah has redeemed us from the curse so that we don’t have to pay the price for our sins (Galatians 3:13.) He promises to renew us if we walk in His ways. (2 Corinthians 5:17.) Yah is going to give us a NEW heart and a NEW spirit (Ezekiel 36:26.) His mercies are new EVERY morning. (Lamentations 3:22)
Let’s continue to live a life that is pleasing to Yahuah right now. Praise Yahuah – we know His name; let’s represent His character in all things. We don’t have to wait till everything is perfect in order for the process of renewal and healing to begin.
After my post last week on discouragement, where I shared about my health and healing journey, and offered practical tips to help you move through tough times, some of you asked for healthy juice recipes. I was surprised, but SO happy about that!
Anyone who knows me personally knows I’m super passionate about health and healing. It’s pretty much all I talk about during the week lol. So I filmed some clips of me making my fresh juices yesterday before The Shabbat. Yah willing you’ll see those videos on YouTube during the week. I’m planning to put some healing music in the background with some scripture, and I hope it will be encouraging for you 🙂 A little different – but I hope those who requested it will enjoy, and that others might be inspired too.
Life is not just music and scripture. We all have ups and downs and we need Yahuah in so many different ways.

In what areas of your life are you looking to be renewed? = All..!
What are some of your biggest challenges? = Subduing the flesh…!
Are you on a healing journey too? = Yes..! Healing from sin..!
Do you have goals you are trying to reach? = Yes, Heaven..! 🙂 <3
Brother Martin, I love this. Thank you for sharing 😌 May Yah continue to bless you along the journey!! I’m with you on all these points too. The part about healing from sin was especially touching as I believe that my past sins, one of them being unforgiveness, is what brought forth the physical fibroid tumors I’m focused on healing now. And subduing the flesh is a challenge for us ALL! Thank you again for sharing what was on your heart.
