This song is far from perfect. Just finished writing it yesterday. But it’s been SO LONG since I’ve shared any music, that I decided to go ahead and put it out there. This song is called Forever Reign, and it’s based on Psalm 113. I pray this song leads your heart to worship Yah! This is why we are here after all – to worship and lift our hearts to praise to His set apart name. Through the good and the bad, the ups and the downs, from the rising of the sun, to the setting of the same, the name of Yahuah is to be praised.
From the rising of the sun to its going down, The Name of יהוה is praised.

I admit, I have been going though a bit of a weird phase with music, and I know that it’s a spiritual thing. My husband, and all my friends and family have always been supportive of me making music, but I realize that even after all these years, I’m still growing. I have a tendency to run away from being devoted to the call. Even after all this time, I’m still learning exactly how to be all of the woman Yah is calling me to be. I don’t want to make any promises, but I do pray that this is just the beginning of more music to come. I definitely missed making music, and connecting with all of you. Thank you for this wonderful, worshipful song! The verse, “..from the rising of the sun to the setting of the same..’, is the reason I keep Shabbath from sunrise to sunset and do not include the night before.

Shalom Carol 🙂 I know several people that choose to honour Shabbat in that way. And even myself for a short while, I did that as well – keeping Shabbat just in the daytime, but I realized that for me, it’s better to play it safe than sorry. There are scriptures to support both Shabbat in the day only and Shabbat from sunset the night before. So I can understand both sides 🙂 what convinced me to play it safe and start on Friday evening is Lev 23:26-32 when it says the affliction start on the 9th at evening in verse 32, in reference to the day of atonement, which is on the 10th day in verse 27. So if it’s the 10th day but it starts on the 9th at evening that made me think twice about keeping a daytime only weekly Shabbat. But like I said, I see both sides. Every man has to study for themselves and be convicted by Yah. But I just thought I would share my thoughts since you brought it up 😌 I pray you have a peaceful Shabbat! Shalom sis ❤️
